When used daily, the acoustic foam cuffs on your NoiseOff will last up to several months. Once the foam cuffs become worn, torn, or no longer provide a good seal around the ear canal, simply remove the old cuffs and replace them with a new set. Hygienic and resistant to mold, mildew and bacteria, these acoustic foam cuffs can be cleaned with mild soap and water as needed.
