Our 5 lb. weighted hoodie helps with focus and self-regulation. It is an inconspicuous and calming support for older children, teens and young adults who enjoy the feel of weighted products (blankets, lap pads or shoulder wraps, etc.). Weight runs along edge of hood and down the arms as well as midsection. Should be worn in short increments (15-20 minutes) so user does not become acclimated to its effect.
